5. No Guaranteed Results
While we maintain a high success rate, ViolentCyber does not guarantee complete removal of content due to the nature of anonymous platforms, offshore hosting, and reupload risk.
By using our services, you acknowledge that:
Some platforms may refuse removal
Search engines have final discretion over deindexing
Content may reappear, requiring additional work
We commit to using every legal and technical option available to remove, suppress, and protect your content and identity.
6. Payments & Refund Policy
Payment is due in full prior to service initiation unless a custom agreement is in place
All transactions are processed through secure third-party providers
Due to the irreversible and sensitive nature of our services, no refunds are offered once work has begun
We may, at our discretion, provide credit or alternative support in edge cases
Quoted prices are valid for 7 calendar days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to:

Submit fraudulent or malicious takedown requests
Violate copyright, privacy, or legal rights of others
Circumvent legal accountability for unlawful behavior
Violations will result in immediate service cancellation and possible legal reporting.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
