1. Scope of Services

ViolentCyber offers customized digital privacy protection services including but not limited to:

  • Content removal (e.g., revenge porn, unauthorized media, impersonations)

  • Deep and dark web investigations

  • Reupload monitoring and suppression

  • Personal data scrubbing from search engines and data brokers

  • Doxxing defense

  • Law enforcement support and reporting coordination

All services are handled manually by trained professionals and tailored to the client’s specific situation.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age,
    OR you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor and are initiating services on their behalf with full legal authority.

  • You are the individual affected or are legally authorized to act on behalf of that individual.

  • All information provided is truthful, accurate, and submitted in good faith.

We do not knowingly engage directly with minors without verifiable parental or guardian consent. Any misrepresentation of age, identity, or legal authority may result in termination of service.

3. Confidentiality & Privacy

We treat all client data and case details with strict confidentiality. You agree that:

  • All communications and case materials are encrypted and securely stored

  • We do not share client data with any party unless legally obligated or with your explicit written consent

  • We may, with your permission or under legal requirement, engage with law enforcement or legal representatives on your behalf

4. Law Enforcement & Legal Coordination

In cases involving impersonation, harassment, blackmail, doxxing, or illegal exploitation, ViolentCyber may assist in:

  • Preparing documentation and digital evidence for official reporting

  • Communicating directly with local, federal, or international law enforcement (when authorized)

  • Advising your attorney or legal support team on digital exposure, chain-of-custody, or takedown methods

We will never report your case or share content without your explicit consent, unless mandated by law or required to prevent imminent harm.

5. No Guaranteed Results

While we maintain a high success rate, ViolentCyber does not guarantee complete removal of content due to the nature of anonymous platforms, offshore hosting, and reupload risk.

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

  • Some platforms may refuse removal

  • Search engines have final discretion over deindexing

  • Content may reappear, requiring additional work

We commit to using every legal and technical option available to remove, suppress, and protect your content and identity.

6. Payments & Refund Policy

  • Payment is due in full prior to service initiation unless a custom agreement is in place

  • All transactions are processed through secure third-party providers

  • Due to the irreversible and sensitive nature of our services, no refunds are offered once work has begun

  • We may, at our discretion, provide credit or alternative support in edge cases

Quoted prices are valid for 7 calendar days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services to:

  • Falsely impersonate another individual

  • Submit fraudulent or malicious takedown requests

  • Violate copyright, privacy, or legal rights of others

  • Circumvent legal accountability for unlawful behavior

Violations will result in immediate service cancellation and possible legal reporting.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, graphics, content, tools, and service methodologies on ViolentCyber.com are the intellectual property of ViolentCyber LLC and may not be used or copied without our express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViolentCyber shall not be liable for:

  • Incomplete or unsuccessful takedown efforts

  • Platform refusals or non-compliance

  • Data breaches caused by third parties outside our control

  • Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of our services

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ViolentCyber LLC, its owners, staff, and contractors from any claims, losses, or legal consequences arising from:

  • Misuse of our services

  • False or unauthorized requests

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Violation of applicable laws or rights of others

11. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Diego County, California, unless otherwise required by international law.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for violations of these Terms or any unlawful, unethical, or abusive conduct.

13. Modifications

ViolentCyber may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
